This advanced prototype machine can use the Auto Tool Change system to change up to 12 tools automatically during production, on the machine, which lowers set-up times, and enables unattended production.
It has a 42,000 RPM motor on the spindle which allows shorter machining time and high accuracy. Through software, the spindle speed can be programmed and allows the 4 mil track and trace machining, which is why this prototype solution of a machine can be applied to the precise PCB manufacturing.
PCAM Software: PCAM is compatible with all Windows systems and accepts standard RS274D/X format Gerber files exported from Layout Software like: P-Cad / Allegro / Protel / ALTIUM Designer / Power PCB (PADS) / ORCAD, etc. This makes the PCB prototype machine suitable for various electronic design workflows.

The PCB Prototype Machine EP 42A is a prototype machine system which is a high preciseness machine prototype system used to print circuit boards fast by drilling, milling, engraving and routing.
The prototype PCB machine is designed to produce prototype printed voltage circuits to validate the design, test, and develop before the mass production.
The EP 42A prototype machine will be able to drill, mill, engrave, route and trace PCB fabrication with high precision.
The machine has a spindle motor of 42,000 RPM and spins at a high rate making it more accurate and faster in machining precision in PCBs.
Auto Tool Change system allows 12 tools to be changed automatically during the production process, this saves on the time of setting up the system and allows the system to be left unattended.
